Dentosky offers a Return/Replacement policy for new products within 10 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products must pass an inspection by our Quality Check Team based on the following conditions:
The product must be unused and unboxed.
The product seal should remain intact and untemper.
All parts, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals must be included in the packaging.
The product packaging should be undamaged.
The returned item must be the correct product.
For troubleshooting, we may offer support via online tools or phone calls with our technical or vendor teams. If applicable, we might request that you consult a local technician to expedite the resolution process, reimbursing any associated fees. If you prefer not to seek local assistance, we will assess the issue and arrange a reverse pickup for the product in question.
If the outer packaging appears damaged or the seal is broken, please do not accept the delivery and promptly report the issue to our support team.
Should you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect product, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints submitted after this period cannot be accommodated.
Return requests can be submitted online through our website or app. Please provide images or a short video demonstrating the product issue within 10 days of delivery. If documentation is not provided within this period, Dentosky reserves the right to deny the return request.
All eligible return requests submitted within 10 days of delivery will qualify for a replacement. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Dentosky reserves the right to charge a return fee in the following situations:
A fee of Rs. 120 applies for partial returns if the total order value (excluding returned products) is less than Rs. 2,500.
A fee of Rs. 120 applies for complete order returns if the original order value is under Rs. 2,500.
If additional or incorrect items are returned, you will be liable for the logistics costs of picking up and returning the product.
Certain products are non-returnable under the 10-day policy, including:
Products used directly on patients, such as tooth creams, orthodontic trainers, water flossers, chin caps, headgear, face masks, and similar items.
Pharmacy products like hand sanitizers and patient education models and manuals.
Equipment such as dental chairs, compressors, UV chambers, autoclaves, X-ray units, RVG sensors, model trimmers, OPG and CBCT machines, apex locators, endomotors, ultrasonic cleaners, micromotors, implant motors, bleaching lights, curing lights, amalgamators, and disposable high-speed air rotors.
Products valued below Rs. 250 with a quantity of 1.
Products labeled as “short expiry” on our website, as expiry details are clearly noted at the time of purchase.
Please review the product details page on the Dentosky website/app before purchase to confirm if a product is returnable. However, if you receive a defective or damaged non-returnable item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a refund or replacement.
For warranty claims, please note the following:
Physical damage to the product is not covered under warranty.
Products are covered only by the original manufacturer or importer warranties.
Warranty and service claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or importer.
Dentosky does not replace products under warranty; replacement responsibility lies with the manufacturer or importer.
All return and replacement claims should be directed to the manufacturer or importer, although Dentosky may assist with registering a replacement or service request.
