Dentosky is registered under Skydac Pharmaceuticals. By purchasing from the Dentosky.com website/app, you unconditionally agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your access, browsing, and purchases on this platform. If you do not agree to any term, please do not use this platform.

 

In line with new medical device regulations, Dentosky only sells to licensed professionals. You must provide a valid council registration or drug license number before ordering, and Dentosky assumes the accuracy of this information but is not responsible for any inaccuracies provided by the customer.

Terms of Use

This agreement governs all products offered on Dentosky.com.

 

  • Responsibility for Purchases: You are solely responsible for the selection and use of products purchased on Dentosky.com. Dentosky takes no liability for product outcomes; decisions regarding product suitability are yours alone.

  • Account Access: Dentosky reserves the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, or remove content without prior notice.

  • Violation of Terms: Dentosky reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

  • Ownership of Goods: Title to purchased goods transfers to you only after full payment is received.

  • Order Modifications: No changes are allowed after an order has been placed.

  • Transaction Responsibility: Dentosky is not liable for any errors due to customer-side internet issues during transactions.

  • Information Accuracy: All efforts are made to provide accurate information on Dentosky.com, but Dentosky cannot guarantee accuracy and is not liable for errors.

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and Dentosky is not liable for unauthorized use.

  • Representation: If you are purchasing on someone else’s behalf, you agree to bind them to these terms.

  • Security: If your account information is compromised, notify Dentosky at support@dentosky.com.

Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Cancellation: To cancel before shipment, visit ‘My Orders’ or contact support@dentosky.com. Cancellations after shipment may be arranged by contacting customer service. Refunds are processed within 24-48 business hours of cancellation.

  • Return Policy: Dentosky will arrange returns with applicable shipping fees. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and unaltered.

  • Non-Returnable Products: Certain items, like dental equipment and products for direct patient use, are non-returnable. Please review Dentosky’s return policy before purchase.

  • Refunds: Refunds for payments made via credit/debit card or net banking will be processed to the original account within 24-48 hours after product verification. For COD transactions, a bank transfer will be initiated upon receipt of your bank details.

Limited License

Dentosky grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal/commercial use of the platform. Dentosky reserves the right to revoke this license at any time without notice.

General Terms

Your use of Dentosky.com constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Dentosky may modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
