DIRECTIONS TO USE
Soft Putty Impression Material is a vinyl polysiloxane (VPS) elastomeric impression material designed for high-precision dental impressions. Its soft, kneadable consistency ensures easy mixing, tray loading, and accurate reproduction of fine details. Often used in the putty-wash technique with light body material, it provides excellent dimensional stability, tear resistance, and patient comfort.
KEY FEATURES
Tray Preparation – Select an appropriate impression tray.
Material Mixing – Mix equal portions of base and catalyst until uniform in color.
Loading – Place mixed putty into the tray, ensuring even distribution.
Placement – Insert tray into the patient’s mouth and seat firmly.
