Description
Mani Flexi File 21mm (Sizes 15–40) is a premium-quality stainless-steel endodontic hand file manufactured by Mani, Japan, designed for shaping, cleaning, and enlarging curved or narrow root canals with precision and safety. The Flexi File is engineered to provide superior flexibility and exceptional resistance to breakage, making it ideal for working in curved or calcified canals. Its spiral flute design ensures smooth cutting efficiency while maintaining the natural canal curvature, reducing the risk of canal transportation or ledging.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Select the Mani Flexi File according to the canal size and treatment stage.
Insert gently into the canal using a watch-winding or balanced force motion.
Begin with smaller sizes to establish patency before progressing to larger files.
Avoid applying excessive apical pressure to prevent file deformation or breakage.
Clean the flutes frequently during use to remove debris and maintain efficiency.
Irrigate the canal between size changes for optimal cleaning.
After use, clean thoroughly and sterilize as per endodontic infection control standards.
Replace files showing distortion, unwinding, or dull cutting edges.
