Description
Mani Reamer File 21mm (Sizes 6–40, 45–80) is a precision-manufactured stainless-steel endodontic instrument developed by Mani, Japan, for root canal cleaning, enlargement, and shaping. Known for their superior cutting efficiency and durability, Mani Reamers feature a twisted design with fewer spirals per unit length, allowing them to remove dentin efficiently with minimal resistance during reaming motions. The files are flexible yet strong, ensuring smooth operation in both straight and curved canals while maintaining the canal’s original anatomy.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Select the appropriate Mani Reamer File according to canal size and treatment stage.
Insert the instrument gently into the canal and rotate it clockwise (¼ to ½ turn) to cut dentin.
Withdraw slightly after each rotation to remove debris and prevent binding.
Progress sequentially from smaller to larger sizes for gradual canal enlargement.
Irrigate frequently between each file change for debris removal and canal lubrication.
Avoid excessive apical pressure to prevent distortion or file separation.
After each use, clean and sterilize following endodontic infection control standards.
Replace files showing unwinding, dullness, or bending for maximum safety and precision.
KEY FEATURES
Constructed from high-quality stainless steel for strength, flexibility, and corrosion resistance.
Reamer-type design with fewer flutes ensures efficient cutting during reaming motion.
Less metal fatigue and smoother tactile feedback compared to conventional files.
Provides excellent control and precision during canal preparation.
Maintains canal curvature integrity, minimizing the risk of ledging or transportation.
Color-coded ISO handles for easy size identification and systematic usage.
21mm working length suitable for anterior and premolar teeth.
Fully autoclavable, ensuring safe and hygienic repeated use.
Ideal for manual canal instrumentation using a gentle clockwise reaming motion.
