Description
Features:
- Low polymerization shrinkage
- Greater accuracy and dimensional stability
- Improved defined margins
- High strength; ultra smooth surface
- No distortion
- Strength is not compromised, even in thin layers
- Excellent fluidity
- Easy manipulation and handling due to thixotrophy
- Allows for direct and indirect pattern making technique
- High wettability of powder and liquid very easily without mixing
- Ash-free
- Leaves no ash or residue after burn out
- Results in smoother cast surfaces
Direction to use:
1. Powder and liquid preparation:
Dispense adequate amounts of powder and liquid into each rubber cup.
2. Building the coping (for secondary crown patterns):
Moisten the tip of the brush with liquid and pick up a small amount of powder. Deposit this mixture on the crown and build up the secondary crown pattern by repeating the procedure.
3. Checking the internal surface:
After the resin has set, remove the pattern carefully and check the margin and internal surface.
4. Fine adjustment:
Return the pattern to the internal crown and make a uniform thickness of 0.3-0.4 mm using a bur.
5. Waxing veneer and cut out:
Perform the wax-up with inlay wax, cut out the veneer, and place the retention beads.
6. Investing, burning out, and casting:
Hold at 250°C (482°F) for 1 hour before raising to the final burn-out temperature.
Key specifications:
• WARNINGS:
