DIRECTIONS TO USE
Establish a manual glide path up to size #15 or #20 using stainless steel hand files.
Mount the Flexer One 21mm file onto a rotary endo motor handpiece.
Set motor parameters to 300–500 rpm speed and 2–3 Ncm torque.
Use a gentle pecking motion with light apical pressure.
Maintain continuous irrigation with sodium hypochlorite throughout the procedure.
Rinse and dry the canal after shaping.
Inspect and discard the file after single use to prevent fracture.
