Description
MM NiTi K-Files 21mm are nickel-titanium (NiTi) hand-operated endodontic files designed for superior flexibility, durability, and canal adaptability. These files are ideal for shaping curved or narrow canals where traditional stainless steel files may cause canal transportation or ledging. The elastic memory of NiTi alloy ensures smooth navigation and optimal preservation of canal curvature, providing dentists with safe and efficient manual instrumentation.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Select the appropriate NiTi K-File size according to the canal anatomy.
Gently insert the file into the root canal.
Use watch-winding or balanced force technique to gradually enlarge the canal.
Start with smaller sizes (e.g., 6 → 8 → 10 → 15 → 20 → etc.) for progressive enlargement.
Irrigate the canal regularly with sodium hypochlorite during instrumentation.
Avoid applying excessive apical pressure; allow the file’s flexibility to guide the shaping.
Clean and sterilize after every use; replace files showing signs of distortion or dullness.
