The DPI Cold Cure Powder (100gm) is a polymer powder formulated for use with DPI Cold Cure Liquid in the preparation of self-curing acrylic resin. Together, they form a quick-setting, durable material ideal for denture repairs, relining, rebasing, orthodontic appliances, and temporary restorations. The powder is finely processed to ensure smooth mixing, consistent polymerization, and reliable results in both chairside and laboratory applications.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Preparation – Clean and prepare the area of the denture or appliance to be repaired.
Mixing – Combine DPI Cold Cure Powder with DPI Cold Cure Liquid in the recommended ratio (as per manufacturer’s instructions).
Application – Apply the mix to the repair site, reline, or mold.
Curing – Allow to self-cure at room temperature.
Finishing – Trim and polish to ensure patient comfort and aesthetics.
