PRODUCT DISCRIPTION
Ivoclar Empress Direct Color (Ochre) is a light-curing tint composite used to enhance the esthetic characterization of direct composite restorations. Designed for precision shading, it allows clinicians to replicate the natural nuances of tooth structure—such as fissures, cervical zones, and enamel effects—directly within the restoration. Part of the renowned Empress Direct system, it provides excellent handling, color stability, and seamless blending with surrounding tooth structure for lifelike esthetic results.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Prepare Restoration Surface – Complete base layering with composite material (e.g., Empress Direct Dentin/Enamel shades).
Apply Tint – Place a thin layer of Empress Direct Color (Ochre) using a fine brush or instrument on desired areas.
Modify Characterization – Blend gently for natural transition and contour effects.
Light Cure – Polymerize for 20 seconds with a curing light (e.g., Bluephase).
Finish & Polish – After full curing, apply final enamel layer (if required) and polish to desired gloss.
