Flexer Heat Activation Engine MX-C3 25mm series is a high-performance rotary NiTi file system designed for precision, safety, and efficiency in endodontic canal preparation. Manufactured using heat-activated nickel-titanium alloy, these files provide exceptional flexibility, superior cyclic fatigue resistance, and optimal control during shaping. The M-series (M1 & M2) and C-series (C1, C2 & C3) files offer a comprehensive sequence that allows smooth and progressive canal enlargement – from coronal access to apical finishing.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Establish a manual glide path with hand files up to size #15 or #20.
Start shaping with C1 for coronal third, then C2, followed by C3 for apical preparation.
Proceed with M1 and M2 files for final shaping and refinement.
Operate each file at 300–500 rpm and 2–3 Ncm torque, using a gentle pecking motion without applying pressure.
Irrigate the canal frequently with sodium hypochlorite to remove debris and lubricate.
After use, clean, inspect, and discard files to avoid fatigue-related fracture.
