These solutions are available in liquid bottles designed for controlled dispensing during endodontic irrigation. Both concentrations demonstrate potent antibacterial action, dissolving necrotic pulp remnants and organic debris within the canal. The solutions should be used with caution to avoid extrusion beyond the apex and are compatible with other irrigation protocols such as EDTA and chlorhexidine when used sequentially (not mixed). Hypochlor 3.25% offers a safer option for routine procedures, while Hypochlor Forte 5.25% provides accelerated action for advanced disinfection needs.
