PRODUCT DISCRIPTION
Tetric N-Ceram 2 is a light-cured, universal nano-hybrid composite resin designed for direct restorations in anterior and posterior teeth. It offers an excellent balance of strength, esthetics, and handling, making it suitable for a wide range of clinical indications. The advanced filler technology provides high wear resistance, low polymerization shrinkage, and a natural chameleon effect for seamless shade blending.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Tooth Preparation
Prepare the cavity using standard clinical procedures.
Isolate the tooth (rubber dam recommended).
Bonding
Etch, rinse, and apply bonding agent as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Light cure the bonding agent.
Composite Placement
Apply Tetric N-Ceram 2 directly from the syringe.
Place composite in increments not exceeding 2 mm.
Light Curing
Cure each increment according to curing light output:
Approx. 20 seconds with standard LED curing light
Shorter curing time may be used with high-intensity lights
Finishing & Polishing
Shape the restoration after curing.
Check occlusion.
Finish and polish using appropriate polishing systems.
