Description
Mani Reamer File 25mm (Sizes 6–40, 45–80) is a high-precision stainless-steel endodontic instrument manufactured by Mani, Japan, designed for root canal cleaning, shaping, and enlargement with maximum control and efficiency. Featuring a twisted reamer design with fewer flutes, it cuts dentin effectively using a gentle reaming motion while minimizing torsional stress. The 25mm working length makes it ideal for posterior and long root canals, offering excellent reach, flexibility, and operator comfort during instrumentation.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Choose the Mani Reamer File according to the canal size and stage of treatment.
Insert gently into the canal using a clockwise reaming motion (¼ to ½ turn).
Withdraw slightly after each rotation to remove debris and prevent binding.
Progress gradually from smaller to larger sizes for smooth and safe canal enlargement.
Irrigate the canal frequently to remove debris and maintain cutting efficiency.
Avoid excessive force to prevent file deformation or separation.
After use, clean and sterilize thoroughly following standard endodontic sterilization protocols.
Replace instruments showing bending, unwinding, or dull cutting edges for optimal safety and precision.
