PRODUCT DISCRIPTION
Metapex Plus is an enhanced calcium hydroxide with iodoform root canal filling paste manufactured by Meta Biomed Co. Ltd., Korea. It is an advanced version of Metapex, formulated to deliver superior antibacterial activity, enhanced radiopacity, and improved flow characteristics. Designed for permanent or temporary root canal obturation, Metapex Plus is especially suitable for primary teeth and infected root canals, promoting apical healing, bone regeneration, and tissue recovery.
The Metapex Plus 2 Syringe Pack provides convenient dual syringes for hygienic, controlled application and minimal material wastage.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Prepare and dry the canal thoroughly after cleaning and shaping.
Attach a disposable tip to the Metapex Plus syringe.
Insert the tip near the apex and inject the paste slowly, filling from apical to coronal direction.
Avoid extrusion beyond the apex.
Remove excess paste from the pulp chamber and seal the cavity with a temporary or permanent restoration.
