PRODUCT DISCRIPTION
Rident Ace-Cem Luting Cement is a high-strength glass ionomer luting cement designed for permanent cementation of crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, orthodontic bands, and metal restorations. It offers excellent adhesion to enamel and dentin through chemical bonding and provides a tight marginal seal to prevent microleakage. The formulation ensures fluoride release for long-term caries protection while maintaining low solubility and high compressive strength. Ace-Cem delivers ideal film thickness and working time, allowing easy seating of restorations with lasting durability and precision.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Clean and prepare the tooth and restoration surface.
Dispense equal amounts of Ace-Cem powder and liquid on a mixing pad.
Mix thoroughly for 30–40 seconds to achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
Apply a thin layer of cement onto the internal surface of the restoration.
Seat the restoration firmly in place within the working time.
Remove excess material after the initial set using an explorer or scaler.
Allow complete setting before final finishing or polishing.
