Rident Etch Plus is a 37% phosphoric acid etching gel formulated for precise enamel and dentin conditioning prior to adhesive or restorative procedures. Its thixotropic, non-slumping consistency ensures complete control during application — it stays exactly where placed without flowing into unwanted areas. The bright blue color enhances visibility, allowing clinicians to monitor placement and rinsing with confidence. Etch Plus effectively removes the smear layer, opens dentinal tubules, and creates micro-retentive surfaces for strong and durable bonding of composites, sealants, and cements.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Clean and dry the tooth surface before applying the gel.
Apply Rident Etch Plus evenly on enamel and/or dentin.
Etch enamel for 15–20 seconds.
Etch dentin for 10–15 seconds.
Rinse thoroughly with water for at least 10 seconds and gently air-dry.
Avoid over-drying dentin — maintain slight moisture.
Proceed with bonding and restorative material placement.
