The DPI RR Lab Pack is a self-curing resin system (powder & liquid) specifically formulated for denture repair, relining, and rebasing in the dental laboratory. It provides fast-setting, strong, and dimensionally stable results, making it ideal for both interim and permanent repairs. DIRECTIONS TO USE
Preparation – Clean and prepare denture for repair, reline, or rebase.
Mixing – Combine RR Lab Pack powder with monomer liquid in recommended ratio until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
Application – Adapt the material to the repair/reline site or flask for rebasing.
Polymerization – Allow to self-cure at room temperature (or use pressure curing for enhanced results).
Finishing – Trim, polish, and smoothen for final delivery.
