Ivoclar Variolink Esthetic DC Refill is a dual-cure adhesive resin cement developed for the permanent cementation of indirect restorations such as ceramic, composite, or lithium disilicate restorations. With its dual-curing mechanism, it provides reliable polymerization even in areas with limited light access. The Variolink Esthetic line is known for its superior esthetics, precise shade control, and excellent bond strength, making it the ideal choice for high-quality restorative and prosthetic dentistry.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Surface Preparation – Clean and prepare the tooth and restoration surface as per adhesive protocol.
Apply Adhesive – Use Adhese Universal or another compatible adhesive if required.
Cement Application – Dispense Variolink Esthetic DC directly onto the restoration surface.
Seat Restoration – Position the restoration carefully and remove excess cement.
Light-Cure Margins – Light-cure for 2–4 seconds per surface to tack, then finalize polymerization (or allow self-cure).
Finishing & Polishing – After complete polymerization, finish and polish margins.
