The DPI Zinc Oxide Powder is a high-purity material formulated for use in combination with DPI Eugenol or special liquids to prepare Zinc Oxide Eugenol (ZOE) cement. It is widely used in dentistry as a temporary restorative material, cavity liner/base, root canal sealer, and impression paste. Known for its soothing effect on the pulp, it provides excellent sealing ability, ease of handling, and versatility in clinical applications.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Proportioning – Dispense required amount of Zinc Oxide Powder on a glass slab.
Mixing – Combine with DPI Eugenol (or compatible liquid) using a cement spatula until creamy paste is achieved.
Application – Use as per indication (temporary restoration, base, dressing, etc.).
Setting – Allow material to harden intraorally; setting time varies with mix ratio.
