At Dentosky, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our return and replacement conditions carefully.
You may request a return or replacement within “10 days of delivery” if:
The product is unused with the seal intact
Original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and all accessories are included
The product is undamaged and correctly delivered
All requests are approved only after inspection by our Quality Check Team
Report damaged, missing, or wrong products within 48 hours of delivery.
If the outer box is damaged or seal broken, do not accept delivery and contact support immediately.
1. Submit a return request on dentosky.in within 10 days.
2. Attach images or a short video clearly showing the issue.
3. Once approved, Dentosky will arrange:
Replacement, or
Refund (only if the item is out of stock)
Unauthorized products sent back without approval will incur logistics charges.
A ₹120 return fee applies if:
A partial return reduces the order value below ₹2,500, OR
The full order value is below ₹2,500
Customers are responsible for return costs if an unapproved or extra item is returned.
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or replaced:
A. Patient-Use Products
Trainers, retainers, flossers, headgear
Mousse or similar intraoral products
B. Pharmacy / Medical Items
Sanitizers
Educational or dental models
Short-expiry products
C. Low-Value Items
Items below ₹500 (single quantity)
D. Dental Equipment & Machinery
Dental chairs
Compressors
RVG sensors
Autoclaves
Burs
Typodont teeth
Disposable or consumable items
Defective but non-returnable items
If reported within 48 hours, a refund or replacement may be offered after inspection.
Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer/importer.
Physical damage is not covered under warranty.
Dentosky will assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for replacement or service decisions taken by the manufacturer.
Before approving a return for technical products:
1. Dentosky may offer online/phone troubleshooting
2. If required, a local technician may assist (fees reimbursed upon approval)
3. If unresolved, a reverse pickup will be arranged
If delivery packaging is found damaged or tampered, do not accept the parcel.
