Thank you for choosing Dentosky for your dental supplies. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within India.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During high order volume, quality checks, or stock shortages, dispatch may take slightly longer.
If we expect a significant delay, we will inform you through email or phone.

 

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on order value and delivery location.

 

A. Standard Shipping
Free Shipping on orders above ₹2,500
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Applicable for all serviceable pincodes in India

 

B. Express Shipping (Selected Pincodes Only)
Charges based on distance & shipment weight
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch
Availability will be shown at checkout

 

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, local restrictions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email/SMS containing:
Courier partner name
Tracking number
Tracking link

 

Tracking details become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Important Shipping Conditions

To ensure transparency and smooth delivery, the following conditions apply:

 

A. Temperature-Sensitive Items
Some dental materials may be sensitive to heat or cold. While Dentosky ensures secure packaging, we are not responsible for changes caused by extreme weather after dispatch.

 

B. Damage Claim Requirement
For damaged parcels, customers must provide a clear unboxing video and photos.
Claims without proof may not be accepted.

 

C. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability and warehouse location.

 

D. Unserviceable Pincodes
If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you for an alternate address or cancellation.

 

E. High-Value Order Verification
For security purposes, orders above a certain value may require a quick phone or email verification before dispatch to prevent fraudulent transactions.

5. Taxes, Duties & Local Charges

Dentosky.in is not responsible for any additional local taxes, government duties, or regulatory charges.
Any such charges must be paid by the customer.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer unavailable
Phone number unreachable

 

Re-shipment or return charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
