1. Professional Use & Licensing Requirement

In compliance with Indian Medical Device Rules (MDR), Dentosky sells dental and medical products only to licensed professionals.

Customers must provide a valid:
Dental Council Registration Number, OR
Drug License Number (where applicable)

Dentosky assumes the provided information is correct and is not responsible for any inaccuracies.
By placing an order, you confirm you are a dental clinician or legally purchasing on their behalf.

2. User Responsibilities

A. Product Selection & Usage
You are solely responsible for selecting the right product for your practice. Dentosky is not liable for results, outcomes, or consequences of product usage.

B. Account Confidentiality & Breach
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
Dentosky is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials.
If you suspect misuse or breach, immediately email: support@dentosky.in
For security reasons, we may require you to reset your password or re-register.

C. Representation
If ordering on behalf of a clinic, institution, or another individual, you confirm you are fully authorized to bind them to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Platform Rights

Dentosky reserves the right to, at its sole discretion:
Refuse or cancel orders
Block, restrict, or terminate user accounts
Remove, modify, or edit content
Suspend platform access for maintenance or upgrades
Withhold services in case of suspicious activity or policy violations

These actions may occur without prior notice.

We aim to ensure uninterrupted website availability, but due to the nature of the internet, maintenance, updates, system errors, or unforeseen events may cause temporary interruptions.

4. Order & Transaction Policy

A. Order Processing
Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer only after full and successful payment clearance.

B. Order Modifications
Orders cannot be modified once placed.

C. Transaction Errors
Dentosky is not liable for:
User-side internet issues
Browser errors
Duplicate payments
Failed transactions
Payment gateway interruptions

D. Product Information & Images
We strive for accuracy, but product information, pricing, and packaging may change.
Images are for representation only and may differ from the actual product.

Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may be corrected without liability.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

A. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch via My Orders or support email.
After dispatch, cancellations are handled by customer support only.
Approved cancellations are refunded within 24–48 business hours.

B. Return Policy
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories.
Dentosky can arrange pickup; shipping charges apply.
Customer may also self-ship the product.

Returns are processed only after products reach our warehouse and are verified.

2. Consumables for Direct Patient Use
Tooth mousse / creme
MRC / orthodontic trainers
Chin caps, headgears, face masks
Water flossers
All myofunctional appliances

3. Products Rejected for Return Due to Condition
Product used, opened, or altered
Damaged due to misuse/overuse
Missing original box, tags, labels, or accessories
Tampered serial number
Return request raised after 10 business days
Free items included in a combo

D. Refund Process
Prepaid orders (Card/UPI/Net banking):
Refund is issued back to the original payment method within 24-48 business hours after verification.
Bank reflection time: 2-3 business days (may extend up to 7 days).

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refund is issued via bank transfer after customer shares bank details.
Processing time: 24-48 hours + bank reflection time.

6. Limited License to Use Platform

Dentosky grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the website solely for lawful purchasing.
Dentosky may revoke access at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Dentosky.in text, images, product data, graphics, logos, and design is the property of Skyarav Healthtech LLP.
Copying, reproducing, or redistributing content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:
Misuse the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities

Create multiple fake accounts

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
