PRODUCT DISCRIPTION
META CeraSeal is a premixed, calcium silicate-based bioceramic root canal sealer designed for permanent obturation of root canal systems. It utilizes moisture present within dentinal tubules to initiate setting and forms a biocompatible seal between dentin and gutta-percha. The material exhibits excellent flowability, high alkalinity, dimensional stability, and radiopacity, helping achieve a hermetic seal while supporting periapical healing. It is supplied in a ready-to-use syringe, eliminating the need for mixing and reducing procedural errors.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Complete cleaning and shaping of the root canal system.
Irrigate and disinfect the canal according to standard endodontic protocols.
Dry the canal using sterile paper points; slight residual moisture may remain.
Attach the disposable intracanal tip to the CeraSeal syringe.
Deliver a small amount of sealer into the canal, starting near the apex and withdrawing the tip gradually.
Coat the master gutta-percha cone with a thin layer of sealer if desired.
Insert the master cone to the working length.
Add accessory cones if required according to the obturation technique.
Remove excess gutta-percha and compact appropriately.
Verify the obturation radiographically and restore the access cavity.
