Direction to use
Confirm indication for extraction through clinical and radiographic assessment.
Administer appropriate local anesthesia.

Insert the tip gently into the periodontal ligament space between root and alveolar bone.
Apply controlled rotational or levering force to sever ligament fibers.
Gradually expand the socket to increase tooth mobility.
Repeat from different aspects if necessary.
Proceed with forceps extraction once adequate mobility is achieved.
Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments according to standard autoclave protocols after use.
